Wali group biomass straw recycling system adopts the modular equipment combination of "primary shredder + trommel screen + secondary shredder". The screening rate of sand and soil is ≥95%, the size of crushed straw is 30-50mm and the qualified rate is ≥95%. This recycling system adopts PLC control system to realize the automatic operation of crushing and sand removal. Whole line is sealed and equipped with dust removal system to effectively reduce dust pollution and improve the site working environment.
