Product Description

The core working principle of the WEGS series Rasper is based on physical separation methods, primarily utilizing differences in density, elasticity, magnetism, and particle size between steel wires and other materials to achieve separation.Preliminary Separation:

The crushed material enters the main unit of the rasper. Inside the main unit, there is typically a high-speed rotating rotor equipped with movable beating hammers (or blades). Under the intense impact and grinding from the rotor, as well as the mutual collision and friction between materials, the bonding force between the rubber and steel wires is completely broken.

Screening and Separation:

Particle Size-Based Separation: The detached rubber and fibers are further ground into small particles, which fall through the screen mesh at the bottom of the main unit.

Magnetic Separation: A magnetic separator is installed at the discharge end to perform final precision separation by leveraging the magnetic properties of the steel wires. This ensures the rubber particles are free of steel wire impurities while also collecting all the steel wires.
