    Wali group tire crushing and sorting system adopts the whole line modular design. It has the advantages of low noise, low energy
    consumption, high output and uniform end product.

 

    The waste tire is transported by belt conveyor to double-shaft shredder for crushing.

    Then,the crushed rubber blocks are screened through the disk screen, and then the materials that do not meet the size requirements
    are returned to the crushing system for secondary crushing until the discharge particle size requirements are reached.

 

   Rubber blocks that meet the size requirements are transferred to the wire separator, which separates the iron wire in the tire from
   the rubber. Finally, high calorific value waste tire derived fuel (TDF) is obtained, and the resources can be recycled.
